Talent Acquisition Partner – Contract for 12 months

Contract Type: Fixed term for 12 months, 2-3 days in the office

Salary: Circa £40k

Location: Cheltenham

This business has a truly compelling story to tell and we are failing to find reasons why people would not want to work for them. You will be brought into makes sure that the business hires the right people and that the recruitment process is project managed effectively.

We don’t want to tell you who they are just yet as that will ruin the surprise but it is a great business with colleagues that are great to work with.

What will be keeping you busy?

We are looking for a highly competent, engaging, and proactive recruitment/ talent acquisition professional to engage with stakeholders across this business. You will add value through developing and driving the key positions implementation and recruitment service to business leaders (e.g. direct talent pooling, business critical/future focused support), with a key focus on the EMEA region, manufacturing sites. You will be working in close collaboration and alignment with in country talent and acquisitions functions and teams to develop policies and ensure appropriate governance is in place.

Key tasks include (not exclusively):

  • Promote vacancies and career options to encourage a diverse range of candidates from different industires, backgrounds and experience, by using all available sources globally (LinkedIn, Social Media, Sourcing Platform etc…)
  • Work with the Talent Manager to promote and embed supply chain key positions profiles and apply them to recruitment activity
  • Work with the Central and Supply Chain site HR teams to utilise material that reflects our organisational promises and values to promote the business as a great place to work and an employer of choice
  • Attend recruitment update meetings to provide and relay information and changes relevant to attraction, sourcing and recruitment
  • Assist in the improvement of our existing recruitment and onboarding processes so that they are fit for scale, meet business needs and ensure alignment with our Values and ethos that ‘Everyone is included’ through the development of inclusive onboarding material and activity

Who are we looking for?

Ultimately we want a talent acquisition specialist that is happy to roll their sleeves up and help the business recruit the right people. You will be an experienced talent acquisition specialist that knows what best practice looks like and you will be able to put processes in place that meet the business’ needs.

You are a connector, a proactive pipeline builder, a lover of hyper-growth, social media, and technology. You are looking for a role where you are executing on recruitment initiatives, actualising sourcing strategies, driving consistent structured interview processes while helping hire talented values aligned people for the organisation. Candidate experience is important. Culture is important. Quality is important. Ego is not.

You have over 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience. You enjoy working autonomously, but also within a diverse high performing team that moves at light speed.

We are looking for someone who wants to get in, ramp up quickly, and help our client execute their recruitment objectives.
