Job Title: Reward & HR Systems Manager

Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time

Reward: Circa £60-75k depending upon experience

Location: Ideally around Southampton or Poole area but they are happy for this individual to be home-based

They are on the lookout for a permanent Reward & HRIS Manager. The main focus of the role will be managing all things related to pay, reward and benefits but they would also like this person to help them select and roll out a new HRIS system that is fit for purpose.

What will be keeping you busy?

Depending on what crops up they could need help across a range of activities… they are making major improvements to how HR is delivered.

They will need you to help effectively manage the current suite of employee benefits in the UK.  This includes being responsible for the annual renewals process and overseeing the various annual reward activities that need covering.   

You will oversee benefits communications ensuring that employees have access to the information they need, when they need it.  Working with internal communications, you will develop an annual communication plan to engage employees in the benefits offering.

They will want you to be an escalation point for people ops and people partners for non-standard reward and payroll queries.

Managing relationships is key as you will need to ensure managers and people partners understand the salary administration guidance. You will also manage the annual salary review and bonus payments under the guidance of the HR Director.

Someone who is DETAIL FOCUSED!

You will work with autonomy and credibility and have strong stakeholder enagagement experience. You will also have a roll up sleeves and get involved attitude and will be someone that looks for solutions, not problems. You should have strong generalist reward experience with an understanding of UK benefits. We would also like to see experience of rolling out HR systems and broader HR processes and HR operations.

You should have advanced excel skills as this is a key tool of the job and you will also be a great communicator with the ability to help non-specialist understand comp and bens.
