Salary will be circa £50-60k + commission. There may be flexibility for a superstar.

What can we tell you about this business?

Our client operates in the AdTech sector and supports clients with the capturing of web traffic in real time so that advertising responsiveness across platforms can be measured. They have grown successfully and organically and have developed a reputation as a key player in this industry. The focus of the business is all about measurement and fostering accountability for advertising returns.

What will be keeping you busy?

This is a home-based sales role with lots of travel. You will be focused on the sale of products to new prospects and existing customers.

As with any sales role you will be set a target to achieve and you will be given the full support that you need to achieve it. You will be expected to generate your own sales appointments in an effort to generate new business. Delivering presentations and demonstrations in a professional fashion, you will also attend meetings and key events to showcase products and services.

All sales activity will be recorded and reported on. It will be a priority to understand what your competitors are offering in the markets that our client operates in and you will make it your business to research this on an ongoing basis.

Who are we looking for?

We are after a great new sales generator with a real hunger for winning profitable business whilst operating with professionalism, credibility and integrity. You will also work closely with the technical team to feedback and encourage product development.

In your previous sales role(s) you will demonstrate a strong, provable track record of hitting targets. We are looking for a minimum of 5 years new business experience ideally in environments where you have had to take a consultative approach to selling. If you have experience of the advertising technology, broadcasting or media sectors this would be particularly advantageous. Experience of selling technology platforms in some capacity is essential.

It goes without saying that you will be an excellent communicator. You will be highly motivated with strong commercial and business judgement. We are looking for someone with genuine hunger and the desire to work with a disruptive technology product that really stands out from the competition.
