Would you like to work for a fantastic international business and a very well-known brand?
Of course you would. Adding a great brand to the CV always helps future career progression but this technology client is more than just a pretty face. We are looking for someone that is prepared to work hard, really roll their sleeves up and help where it is most needed. You will be working in an international environment with other cultures, so your support will be for Europe as well as the UK HR team.
We love our client, we think that you will too…
We love recruiting for this client, the HR Leader is one of the nicest people that you will meet and his team perform to a high standard because of the support, development and honesty that is afforded them. We have recruited for this business for a number of years. They are one of our favourite clients and we think that you will really love working with them.
What will you be doing?
You will pick up generalist HR tasks both in and outside of the UK. You will work pro-actively and responsively to ensure the support is seamless.
There is a strong operational focus with this role you could be covering the basics one day and working on key projects the next so you need to be comfortable delivering all kinds of HR work and in building trust with key stakeholders. This role is likely to be interesting and varied but may be a bit ambiguous at times so being able to prioritise and work with utmost flexibility will be key.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance across your client group and support with regular transformation programmes. This will require knowledge of employee relations and specifically TUPE and restructuring projects.
Who are we looking for?
This is a collaborative group and they need someone that will support their colleagues as they would like to be supported. You will be a CIPD graduate with experience of working in a fast-moving, matrix structured organisation. If you have worked in technology or communications, utilities etc this will be an advantage but not essential at all. Ideally you will have had exposure to working with sales client groups where you have had to provide remote support. You will have sound generalist and operational HR experience which you can put to good effect.
