Senior HR Advisor with TUPE experience – fantastic client!

Job Title – HR Advisor

Location – London Bridge

Contract type – Full-time, Permanent

Salary - £35-40k per annum + benefits

You will be supporting one of the HRBPs look after a key division.

What will be keeping you busy?

Our client, a large, well-known organisation based in London and with sites around the country, is looking for a generalist HR professional with experience of managing generalist activities across recruitment, employee relations, L&D activities and specifically TUPE projects (that are fairly straightforward) as they are a business that continues to win major contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great client at a time of real change.

Who are we looking for?

They need someone that has worked within HR for at least 5 years probably more and who has a real track record of managing TUPE and transformation work from an HR perspective. The successful candidate will have experience of the following:

  • Management of TUPE work
  • Management of consultation processes
  • ER case work
  • Contract negotiations and a strong understanding of legal frameworks
  • Transformation communications
  • Change Management
  • Compensation and Benefits (some understanding might be useful)
  • Learning and Development (useful)
  • Project management experience

You will need to be someone that is a self-starter who can prioritise your work effectively and is happy rolling your sleeves up and delivering a great HR service. In return you will get to work on really interesting projects with a great business and some fantastic colleagues.
